IAS led the 3rd Aviation committee in Thailand, followed up the topics raised in the previous meetings with proposals and solutions, and extensively focused on developing and cultivate Thai manufacturing cluster for Aviation industry.
IAS exchanged views of the Thai Aviation Industry development and progress, with representative of authorities, airports, airlines, OEMs, MROs, manufacturers, industrial institutions, and business networks.
IAS attended Beijing Air show as an exhibitor with HKAIA. IAS team COO Mathieu TELLIER, Commercial Representative Li JIANG, and Engineer Dongpo LI received various companies visits, including manufacturers, parts distributors, MRO and training related companies.

Under the support of FTCC, IAS led the first Aviation Committee in Thailand. Gathering various aviation stakeholders, to explore jointly the following opportunities in “How to benefit from this growth” and “How to maintain the right level of Safety & Efficiency”.
Invited by BOI (Board of Investment, SUBCON CoOrganizer), IAS COO Mathieu TELLIER delivered speech on “How an Automotive Company can upgrade its Standard to meet with Aerospace Industry’s Requirements” to Thai SUBCON Association, Economic Chambers of Thailand, and a group of 30 motivated Automotive companies who are interested in entering Aerospace industry.
IAS Strategic Advisor Raymond BENJAMIN, COO Mathieu TELLIER, and Commercial Representative Li JIANG were welcomed by Ningbo City Vice Mayor Mr Guanding LI, and other Municipal Government Officials. They have exchanged the vision of future development of Ningbo aviation manufacturing industry, and defined the roadmap on how IAS could assist local companies, with full support from the government.
IAS organized a oneday training seminar on topic of “Become an Aerospace Supplier for International Customers” with full support from Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee (MCIIT) and our local business partner SET. Over 50 local manufacturers and 80 company representatives have attended the seminar, led by COO Mathieu TELLIER, Engineer Dongpo LI and Commercial Representative Li JIANG.
IAS hosted an Exclusive Business Executive Luncheon in Bangkok at St Regis, gathering Aviation stakeholders’ executives to discuss the cooperation plans in developing Thai Aviation Industry.
During a ceremony witnessed by the Malaysian Minister of Defence at LIMA 2017, IAS together with Safran, DCI and Polyaero has signed with the National Defence University of Malaysia (UPNM) a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide education and training programs.
